ComputerAnswer - review / help please

I know there's a few out there, but i've been to few and if you ask a silly question that is easy to answer, some people flame you and its not stopped, so i want to run a PC forum where the silly questions can be asked.

What do you think, what should i change, and can anyone help me run it as i am a member of the armed forces and do go away some time.
