RSS XML Feed?

Hi, can anyone show me how to install RSS XML feed to a forum catergory? Im trying to have it set up so it auto updates on its own. Here is the link im trying to get the feed from. Thanks anyone that could help me.

Ok, i got it to work but i have one problem, it doesnt show the desciption of info, only shows more.... Can anyone show me what im doing wrong? Heres a link to my site for an exanple: http://www.n00bs0nly.com/showthread.php?t=58
