Skin Update

i have a 3.5.4 skin and i wonder is there a way to update them to 3.6.4?

You need to use the template comparison tool, but be warned - the templates have changed quite a lot and there is a lot of work to be done if you have customised any templates at all. Even a simple style can take a couple of days to update, complex ones a lot longer.
