How do I replace Adsense Banner Ads?

I currently have Google Adsense ads throughtout my forum: header, footer, along the side, and after the first postbit. How do I replace one or all of these with a different ad? And how can I have a header & footer ad for each forum?

I know nothing about code, so please be very specific about what I need to do. Thanks!
