Ban From Particular URL

any one give me any info..regarding
Ban user from particular(s) thread for vb3.6.4 ?

like user can not open a particular url with out unban ?

i found user with 0 post just downloading files..and it really sux

why not ban that user? Or setup permissions to not allow downloads without 5 posts?

yeah..as its a running forum..
we are just wanted to avoid the hassel to edit all users user group manually

so is there any option/mod to ban user from particular url would be nice
user can log-in but cant visit the url
