Removing the 'edited by' message

I want to make it so that when members edit their own posts, it says "edited by: etc." but when a moderator edits a post that does not show.

We're normally just tidying up formatting, etc.

Is that possible?

Yes, you can set this permission based on usergroup.

That doesn't work for me. I've set up the Administrator group not to show the edit notices, and when I edit a post they still show up.

Is there somewhere else that it needs to be enabled or something?
