how do i make 1 of my skins the only one active?

vBulletin Options => vBulletin Option => Style & Language Settings

Set Default Style to whatever you want.
Set Allow Users To Change Styles to no.

Then in your style manager, make sure the ones you don't want displayed are unckeched and save display.
