Is it legal if I change my domain name?

Well when I registered for vBulletin software I had one domain, now I want to change the domain name and the software is under it. Now I want to change my domain. Is that allowed? Or do I have to edit something before doing so.

You can do that...just go to your vBulletin.com Members area and update the domain for your license.
