where as forums are normally at least two clicks away via the archive. this makes everything one click thus increasing the page rank on each of the linked pages.

Awe uninstalled immediatly because 1. now gives me a white page when going trying to load my home page which is vbportal and 2. when I click on any of the archive numbers I get a white page. Im running vb 3.6.2

I was really hoping this would work. SOMEONE come up with a version that works for us non-VBSEO users.

I installed this and it started the links at "3" instead of "1" and they all linked to invalid pages. If anyone has clues to fix, let me know.

I'm running vb3.6.7PL1 and vbAdvanced 3.0 RC1.

You must open the product by a php editor and change this

Shame that so many of the useful brilliant mods are not supported and are simple made with a little bit of effort then dumped here, so many mods here dont work on the latest versions or break when used in conjunction with other mods.

I was told that VBulletin has the best community for mods and hacks when I was searching for bulletin board software to use, I think I was misinformed.

I dont know if it's the best community for hacks and mods, but I would say that it rocks. Since every coder is throwing in his/her free time, you cant expect unlimited support.

Though it would be nice if Jelsoft would sort out the pearls among old hacks and upgrade them. Another thing that may be good in this respect is if vb.org would make a list of old hacks they'd like to see revived. That may motivate some new coders.

I have installed it and is really awesome. It generated 18 links at the bottom and the last 3 display just a blank page; will it generate more links with increase in posts as my forum is new. What is the maximum number of links generated at the bottom, can i limit it.

I am getting a little problem and it is that i have integrated another mod for downloading softwares in my forum "DownloadsII 5.0.6 by CyberRanger & Jelle" but no link to my download section is displayed in the archive links at the bottom.
Is there any way that it also include list of software categories and softwares inside it; that will be really helpful in boosting in SEO.

I'm using it on 3.7.0 beta 6 and it works fine the old way. The only white pages you should get are on forums that are not accessible to guests, which is how the RSS feeds also work.

Replace with:

Reupload and overwrite

or attached is my corrected version

Now it will work and so will your photoplog ;)

I don't know about your site(s) but mine has a dark black background with yellow links, so they stand out a fair way, and I don't really want regged users going into the archive when it's mainly for search engine bots.

I did upload 2 versions though, one with that, one without, so it's your choice. :)

when I press on any links, it should open page which contain threads names, but it is not working with me in this way, it shows me the main home page with links to each forum then I have to press on any forum to show its content of threads..

The first part I am going to guess you are having an issue with another mod interfering with this one. The second part if you will read back through this mod you will find the fix for that. Hope that helped a little.

ok, I've fixed the both problems that I had
the first one I there was a html which is <body> </body> included in the advertising code in the header.. when I deleted the links disappeared from the header
