WOW... that's a busy background! I kind of like it, altho I don't usually like bright backgrounds.
However, it would look ALOT better, if the rest of them forum was coordinated with it... i.e. cat and head strips, navbar, forum icons, buttons, etc... nothing even remotely matches your background. I'm assuming that they do match whatever background you normally use?

I like it just maybee you should make it a bit more of a pixel type of design not that proffesional, its meant to be a habbo site. Something along the lines of Habbo Meadow Forum (Now closed).

Other than that a beautiful site.

Maybee also a bigger banner, now its just a font and a habbo image on the right.
