ICash and PayPal help please?

Does anyone have ICash (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=119086) and PayPal Donations For vBulletin 3.5.0 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=91567&page=88) installed on their site? If so, how did you manage to have both donate.php files coincide in the forums root folder without overwriting eachother. I posted on each thread and I really want to install Coldrunner's paypal mod but I'm not getting any responses. I also want to mention that I've been using Blaine0002's ICash hack for my point system but I cannot afford to let this go. I was using Cybernetec's CybPayPal (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=98285&highlight=paypal) hack but I need Coldrunner's hack as it offers more features that I need for my site. Thank you all in advance and I hope anyone can help.

I would imagine that renaming the one for the paypal mod to donate2.php or something would work but you would probably also need to update a number of other things too.
