I'm just interested in knowing if there is some default setting in vb that allows you to have an archive forum? or if there is a mod for it.

You should have archives you might have to enable them via admincp. They are great for search enigiens because the pages are small.

i currently have my forum, and at the moment i am creating a whole new one, and i want to have an archive where all the threads and posts from the current one will go. So people will be able to read them but not reply to them. Is there some way i can do this or something?
