IS there any INvite system for VB 3.6.x ?

im talking about an invite system - that register users can invite
people by mail to register, and this is the only way to join the forum - because the regsiter is off. - just to those who have invitations..

is this Modification exists?

i've installed this modification but it doesn't send activation links on emails neither email . When i refresh the page where invite is appearing if the user i sent it accepted or not it get doubles and doubles and so on.
