Cant find this postbits hack

Ive seen this postbits on a few websites now. If this is a mod or templet edit can some one please point me in the correct direction. I spent over a hr looking for this now. thanks

It's one of the activity modifications, but apart from that I'm afraid I can't narrow it down any further.

Try doing a search for activity in titles only just in the whole modifications section (use advanced search)
