Is there a mod Availible that will allow members to upload a picture directly into there post, Not a gallery style, But into a normal post.

That would be attachments; already built into vBulletin. Just enable them in your admincp and then set the Attachment Permissions per usergroup and per forum.

Is there a way I can Move / or add Another attachment button into the actual message area. and rename it "Insert Image"??

OK I figured out how to Move the attachment button. However It doesnt put the Picture into the post. Is there A Way to put it acctully into the post.

Yes click the https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2011/04/2.gif and a drop down appears. Insert the images that way
