How do I promote my VB Forum?

Things I have already done are for my forum www.istuk.org are :

1)Indexing with Google and MSN.
2)Submissions to web directories.
3)Have installed Zoint SEO.

What more do you Suggest me to do ?

All the help would be highly appreciated. I am sure lot of users are waiting for this Question to be answered by experts here!

Try to build backlinks. Maybe post in similar forums or related forums. Become a respected member there and have your forum's link in your signature. Get your current members excited enough about your forums that they will tell others. Word of mouth is a powerful tool.
