Help! How to make Subforums show?

I noticed on many vbulletins, a lot of people have their subforums show as part of the forum with a little folder next to it that states:

Subforums (picture of a folder): Name of the subforum

How do you make it show up?

vBulletin Options => vBulletin Options => Forum Listings Display Options

Set "Depth of Forums - Forum Home" to 2.
