Help me fill the gap please

i hope its ok to post the link to the site but im having a problem with my vbulletin. if you visit my site there is a huge gap between the headers/navbars are. Is there anyway I could make the gap smaller? Please help.

That skin looks familiar.... didn't the original zip have a large graphic there? It looks as if that's all that's missing. Check your header template.
