i want to start a forum for mods and templates

i am looking for mods like vb.org like upload mods for versions, upload templates with versions

for install this mode what you need to change database, change templates , plugin like that

I don't know how to find this.

Good luckJust for the record, there are better ways of explaining this to people than making them feel like jackasses. Those who want to learn how to administrate vBulletin forums will never learn with people like you around.

To the original poster, just try searching around vBulletin.org. There are quite a few threads that may interest you. Whether you want download databases where users can just look through file after file, or a system similar to vBulletin.org's as you can look through a forum of threads and then have discussions on each hack. It all depends on what you're looking for.

Then there was a hack called vB Release or something for 3.5.x. I'm not sure if it was ported to 3.6.x or not, but feel free to look for it. =D
