Custom Titles for users

What am I missing? :confused: I'm certain it'll be something simple. I've changed the permissions in the Usergroup Manager to allow custom titles but they still won't show up. Help please! BTW, I'm using version 3.6.3

Can you attach a screenshot of how you have it set in the usergroup manager and I'll see if there is anything obvious that you have overlooked.
