Image on nav bar?

my forum is www.extremebodybuilding.net and i have vbadvanced installed

How would i get an image in the navagtion on the left hand side on the main page?

It is not the default nav bar that comes with vbadvanced so i can edit the template

you would need to edit the template that you are using, however without further information it's pretty impossible to give any further guidance than the fact that you will need to use an <img src="link to image" /> tag
