It could be the links and downloads manager, but without actually seeing it I couldn't say for certain.

I can see it now. They must have had it closed last night for some reason. I'm not sure if it is the exact same thing, but as I mentioned before the "Links and Downloads Manager" is pretty similar, if not the same.

BTW,which what the download Mod, the user cant use the Download Manager like Flashget and Internet Download Manager? The user must log in and down with the default download in IE. They cant copy link the to the other forum. :D
