Similar to the above above but for 3.6.
I have a couple of users who think it's incredibly clever just to post threads all day so I'd like to limit them to a specific amount per day. Maybe slightly prefer to limit the total threads started on the overall forum(s) as opposed to on a forum by forum basis.
