We just moved over from phpbb. I asked vB support on how to install mods and they said something about a 'hook' system? Can anyone elaborate on what it is and how to use exactly?
We had about 40 mods on our phpbb boards and it was a huge pain upgrading as we had to reapply all of them. Apparently with this 'hook' system, this is a lot easier?
On another note, after looking over the installation instructions for vB Spellcheck mod, it says that we do have to modify some files for it to take effect with quick_edit?
If anyone could explain how this works, I'd greatly appreciate it.
