Help with links on my site

Hi,i have some questions to ask you guys,i want to add some links to my own site just under navbar about 10 links and all are in notepad form and in a folder on p.c.
I DO have mod for nicks forum annoucment or if any one can suggest how i can add these links so member can click a link to read: SEE BELOW

An option could be to use the faq manager and set them up as faqs....just a thought...

Oh....How do i change the faq link to what ever name i want?

Edit the Global Phrase "FAQ" to whatever you want.
