my site is loading very very slow in ie. in firefox there is no error but with ie the page is loaded and waits about 5-6 seconds after the load. why can this be?

You have a good number of HTML validation errors, but nothing that would be causing it to be slow loading. It actually loaded in close to the same time here in IE6 as it did in FF1.5

how do you look at the validation errors. and the loading that i mean is. the page is loading it says done in status bar but the page is not coming .after about 3-4 seconds it becomes visible.by the way i am using ie 7.0

i dont think this is a xhtml valid problem. xhtml checker is very stupid thing that gives lots of errors to correct using of html. xhtml valid is not important for me. check vb.org and you will get lots of xhtml errors too.

The errors it's giving are not anything that would cause the site to be slow loading anyway as they are all minor little things.

Are your users reporting the problem, or is it just yourself which is affected by this?

they have the same problem. the page load is complete then the background comes and about 2-3 secs the entire page is coming.

i have no problem with firefox but with ie the page load is finishing and says "Done" in the status bar but only the background visibles , after about 3 seconds the entire page comes or sometimes not comes. what can be the problem ?

I'm having this problem as well. My header loads first, then it seems to load the main body part. Its really weird.

That's probably because it's HTML, as you said. XHTML spec is a little different...
