Plugin doesn't work for me !:(

but i see read.txt . i just placed it to FORUMHOME . but i want show latest posts at all pages .(e.g showthread.php vs forumdisplay.php vs ...)
i should place codes to header . but this plugin need to place in FORUMHOME .

MrPHD, thanks, this was what I was looking for, just simple all I needed.
Just one question, the format of the data, can this be changed?

I would like it in table cells and by it I mean the User etc.
