Check out my site, any comments? how fast did it load for you (i'm hosting it on a box at my house with just a 768k upstream). Forums haven't been all added yet, but wanted any feedback you can give.
Thanks :D

It loaded pretty fast for me, I have cable though, What I saw at first is the banner. I don't really like the yellow background on it, and it doesn't really match the look of the rest of the site. I do like the skin you used, looks good. The footer isn't as clean as it could be though, I know many sites have issues with that (mine included). I think you may want to arrange the items in the right column of the homepage in a different way. Make the most used things at the top. I also like a registration box to show up in teh middle of the homepage if they haven't signed up yet, this will improve the maount of registrations that you get. Overall though, I think it looks clean.

Thanks a ton, hmm, I thought the yellow background did match the rest of the headers and stuff, but I'll take another look at it, maybe it's just too bright :)
Thanks also for the heads up on the registration stuff, I've already added it back to the CMPS page and will add it to the forums/blogs and photos pages as well.
As for the footer, yeah, I've spent 0 time on that, should take a better look at it.
Thanks again for the feedback!

I like it........the only thing i would change would be the length of your sponsor's box, i would shorten it.........way to long with no advertisement in it.....

Thanks, Actually there is an advertisement in it, but i'm using adbrite and their servers have recently become slow, so I put it in an IFRAME so that it loads (eventually) without holding up the rest of the page, supposedly they (adbrite) are working on the issue.
