OOPS! Page Not Found

When I go into the AdminCP and click "Arcade", I get that message in every category. Why is that?

Sorry, MrPHD but:

1) these are the instructions only for vBulletin 3.0.x
2) please stop posting whole instructions and codes here (to be viewable for unlicensed users) and just refer to the included instructions-file in the archive

make sure you uploaded /admincp/arcade.php and this is the correct file

Oh...I only got as far as the first part of that which was to copy the first part of that into the index.php but I didn't find the second step so I stopped...

But here's a bigger problem; Not only did that not work but now I can't access my forums or change my CHMOD back...it's telling me I have no access to my forums. When I tried to reset the CHMOD, it gives me:

[18:45:38] 550 Can't change directory to /forums: Permission denied

when I go into my SmartFTP.

Well shit. Well at least tell me how to reset that so I can access my forums...

Okay I'm on a new server with the 3.6.4 version of vBulletin. I got the IbProArcade installed but when I go in the set the group permissions, I get "page not found". The arcade's there, but when I try to play a game, it tell me "you don't have permission." I thought I followed this right this time...
