Is there a ticket system plug in that Admin can use? + member tech support?

Me and the other senior site admin are going nutz..

We use email / Skype / phone / SMS / PM's to stay in touch about forum admin / forum business / server issues

Its all very messy and is driving us nuts.

We really need a 'ticket system' - one that has project folders, can have files attached etc...

We also could do with a support issue / suggestions 'ticket' system for our members.

All the shareware ticket systems we can see look over complicated, and we worry they could pose a security risk due to holes in the software that might leave our server vunerable....

So is there a VB Ticket system plug in?
