i dont know where is forum root directory i am trying to install shoutbox and it say this

Step 1:

Upload 'vbshout.php' to your 'FORUMS ROOT DIRECTORY' (ie: forums/ or forum/)

http://yourdomain/admincp ? And uploading via FTP, the details are usually sent via email :).

You must log in your FTP and upload the correct files there

Upload 'vbshout.php' to your 'FORUMS ROOT DIRECTORY' (ie: forums/ or forum/)

the root is like the top folder. So if you have yoursite.com/forums then it would be in forums. Just look in top folders until you see soemthing like admincp folder. If you see that then your in the root forums folder.

Providing support to unlicenced people is not allowed.. if that was the question.
