How can I remove the "What's going on" Statistics Tables completely?

My client wants me to remove the entire "What's going on" Statistics Tables completely, so that nothing shows in this area. They only want to show the vBulletin navigation and the main forum area. Can anyone tell me how to remove the tables and data within the "What's going on" area?

In the forumhome template, look for some code like

<!-- Whats Going On -->

and remove everything between that and

<!-- End of Whats Going on Box -->
