1 Thread per User in a Forum | Updated | Close Thread automaticly?

how can I make it so, that in a specific forum a user can only post one thread ?

if he tries to post again, he should get a message that he can't. :)

hi,
if ound it before, but during importing this product i get the message:
"Error opening file to writing" and then its not imported.

can help somebody?
