Adsense inside the 1st and 3rd posts

This is the first time I've seen this on a vBulletin forum.

They display adsense inside the 1st and 3rd posts as part of the posts itself.

Is there an existing mod to do this?

Just find the message code ($post[message], or something like that) in your postbit template and insert the adcode immediately after it instead of outside the div tags.
