Can I Edit My RSS Feed?

Sometimes I have threads on my forum that I need to delete, but they remain on the RSS Feed. Any way to remedy this? Can I edit it in anyway?

I have 3.6.x

you will have to delete the cache from the database to build a new one - the rss feed is cached every hour (saved in the database)
