how to locate the $show variables in admin cp

in the template threadbit i see the conditional code

i want to turn this off but i cant find out how. where can i see a list of all these $show variable options in the admin cpanel?

i'm new to vbulletin and i'm digging thru there but i cant find them since there is so much stuff.
