Thread submission mod : VBtags.com : Get major backlinks!!

This is my first mod so be gentle :)

I made it for myself to get myself a better backlink status here is how it works:

You submit threads to Vbtags.com (http://Vbtags.com)
And thats pretty much it, the out going links are titles of the thread including your forum name which automatically gives you a better chance at keywords.

And there are 2 links leading to your board one is your main thread link and one is site link.

Any and all threads are welcome there really are no limits or restrictions to what you can and cannot submit.

The turn around is near 10-20 visitors, thats what im getting per submission well almost 20 visitors :) need more advertising for vbtags.com



I made this mod to make submitting my threads easier.

The best part about it is that ANY GUEST (NOT LOGGED IN USER) can vote any topic.

The site is using 3 domains for better seo rankings as well:

and the main one is:

vbtags.com

This means every domain will show your submitted thread the more domains i add the more backlinks you will get and i got alot of time :)





Here is what you need to do to get the tool bar working!





In showthread find:

Nope ive done my homework on this , ive consulted my seo expert and this may slow down my sites pr but the traffic it will bring ill get on top 1,000's in alexa in no time

And the duplicate content part is not a worry either all data is under vbtags.com which has a dedicated ip all other domains are just parked there so all hits are dont by the ip or the domain vbtags.com

So in the end you will get more backlinks.

And its not duplicate content or else all advertising would be duplicated content people amke one image or a paragraph and get it posted on high traffic sites which gets them hits if im doing that under one domain and just giving the submissions a better change at seo then it wont screw it up it just might work out. :)

Also got it checked and looked into by one of the most smart persons on the net, hostgator's co-founder.
Im all covered and so are all the submissions.

You benefit more than anyone else that uses this. Every thread on their forum leads to your site. This drives more traffic to you than it will anyone else. They may see some increase from some exposure, but you will see massive traffic from every site combined! I am not into promoting other peoples sites on mine for free if you haven't figured that out yet. lol

Nearly every mod like this will do the same, even if it goes to a catergory of the topic...
Say he gets like 1000 people to install this mod, thats 1000 links to his site, and you only link to his site, and his site shows your content, which people click, and more visitors come to your site.
You could always install another mod like this if you wanted, or create a mod without linking back to any site....

This project majorly benefits the end user, you have no idea the kind of load these kind of sites pull when working on 100mb+ databases, and the threads just lead to my site for submission not towards promotional pages.

In any case you get more traffic then i get. :)


Vbtags.com was launched 2 days ago so far there are 400 uniques and about 1500 google crawls.

So i think thats a good start for you ;)


EDIT:

I made vbtags.com as an opensource project so i wont be adding any adsense and then spoiling everything ive setup, i will however make some modifications in the script make it more user friendly maybe a new template and also live stats of users online and how many users visited teh site and how many clicks were recorded.

What exactly are you talking about? I just happened to be browsing new mods -- but your post sounds sort of like a neighbor calling the housing authority on you for keeping up your xmas lights too long because they are really just jealous of your shiny new car.

Rich -- Yes his site would probably benefit more than any individual forum -- but if he provides a positive value to the forums, and his site goes up in rank due to the incoming links, everyone benefits (especially if his site's PR goes way up AND links to you). I just wish I would have done it first -- but I'm not a jealous vengeful person. When i see a really good idea I might even try to partner up with someone rather than spiting them. (mind you I haven't even looked at the site or the mod -- this is just a gut reaction to some of these negative posts. Forgive me if I missed something obviously wrong, but I haven't heard it posted here).

By the way, when Google indexes your sites it also helps Google -- after all they just search through what everyone else has done. They don't provide content. Is google just a pyramid scheme and should we not be listed there as well? After all, Google benefits far more than any individual site they link to (sound familiar)?
