Upgraded to 3.6.4 but no images in admin panel..Please help

Hello everyone. I think I successfully I installed the upgraded 3.6.4 but liek when you login into the admin, it had a place for your user name and a place for your password.

In the top left corner should be an image for vbulletin, its not there. When you login, it again is missing the top corner image. But what is weird is I am using the silver admin panel and it is missing all of the images on the directory button.

I am lost, I uploaded the images agin in binary mode and the cpstyles. But still nothing. I even tried to run the final upgrade again. Any help would be so wonderful

When the image is accessed directly, it says;
The image “http://bankruptcyboards.net/cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Silver/cp_logo.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
Which probably means the image is corrupted, have you tried re-downloading and re-uploading it?
