where is the navbar template stored

anyone know where the information / code for the navbar template is stored (which file), i dont want to use the admin control panel, but i do want to look at the code directly

You have no choice but to use the ACP - templates are stored in the database, not files.

hmm, im designing a program that needs to catch all source code. I didnt know that, ill have to look for another way, thx
