Need Help Real Bad...

Got my site and my web guy bailed on me.... got a couple of questions

How do i put up banners on the forum?
How do i add Sponsors?

I got alot of stuff i want to do but do not know where to get it from or how to do it..

Can anyone help

for banners, simply add the code in the template, but depends where you would like it. e.g. footer or header etc
Not to sure what you mean about sponsors, if you have been sponsored they usally will tell you what to do.
