Change Username / sorry if redundant

Hi,
Sorry if this is a simple question, however I have been searching threads and haven't found the answer.
I have a small board and one of my members has asked to change their username.
I searched for the username in the admin panel and then in the "Quick User Links" drop down I searched for the "Edit User" option, but it isn't there.
Am I missing something?

Why do you have to use the dropdown list? If you wanna change any username, just erase the name from "username" box and replace it with the new name?!
