How do i edit the "Server Too Busy" Message that is displayed when there server is busy ;)

I would like to add in google adsense But more importantly write in a note with a link.

In global.php find this:eval(standard_error(fetch_error('toobusy'))); and change to something like this:eval(standard_error('Put here your "too busy" message'));
