but what i here want is same as Vbshazz has and if possible if someone can guide me to the same code that he`s using on his site on Staff Application Area.

Form Hack we need to change the code in the plugin area if i can get the same code what he`s having nothing changed nothing new.

He just made a custom page with a form by the looks of things, he could of used a hack to make it though, look at a few form tutorials online and then look at the how to create a vB page tutorial.

Basically he wants someone to tell him step by stephow to do it. Probably give him all the code and scripts as well.

Rather then take 30 minutes to figure it out himself.
