Uploading a premade theme?

There were two steps to get this theme to work.

Instructions:
- Upload templates directory within templates.zip (zipped with WinRAR 3.5.x) to your forum root directory
- Import Style

I figured out how to import style through admin cp, but I cant figure out how to upload the templates directory to the forum root directory. Do I use admin cp for that step as well? Could someone please help me with the steps on how to do this thanks in advance.

you have to extract the contents of the .zip

then you upload those contents to your forum root. Just like you uploaded vBulletin.

What do I use to upload the files?

a FTP program such as http://www.smartftp.com/ Smart FTP

Then you may wish to reference their help section for connecting, and uploading files
