Restrict posting html by usergroup?

Hello all, did some searching and didn't find what I was looking for.

Is there a way to restrict users of a certain usergroup from being able to post html links in posts?

I know some boards have it set up to where you need a certain post count before you can post a link.

I've search through all the admin options on vB and have not come across anything allowing me to do this. Is there a hack or something for this some where?

We're running 3.5.3

you can set up a user group with limited permissions to post links and once they reach a certain post count or time on the forum they will be moved to a new usergroup wit hteh permissions you want them to have.

you can use the promotions in the usergroup option of your admincp
