Limiting Daily Posts

Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me if there is a way of limiting the number of posts a user can make every day.

I have some people posting for the sake of posting and I would like to limit these activities on a daily basis.

Any help appreciated.

my suggestion would be to send them a friendly PM and not limit your members to a certain amount of posting. this will drive your traffic down. if they arent posting the way you like use the infraction system or PMs. just my 2 cents
