I was wondering how to add a points/score mod for vbulletin.
Like the posts count, i have seen somewhere where we can add more features to evaluate the user...

Can anyone guide me where to find such a mod?

you can add the vbux store mod by CMX. you can add points and purchase certain tools,images and access from the store for your forum.
