signature size limits

I set limits of 180x180 for signatures for all usergroups (via usergroup permissions) on my forum, yet for some reason people are able to upload larger sized signatures. I cannot figure out what in the world I am not doing to make this stop. Thanks in advance for the help, I'm a total novice at all this.

if you wanti can help you out with this. PM me a test account and we can figure out the issue. your sure your Usergroup options are correct right? are they uploading the sig or posting a hyper link?
