Add announcement & Photo to certain threads?

I have a particular child forum that I would like people to see an announcement at the top of each thread. Is this possible?

Are you looking for adsense or banner style announcements? I ask because there are different hacks, plugs or template editions depending on your desires.

I am just looking to put a single line of text and a small picture. Not advetising.

I have utube integration and if they click on anything but the play button, it takes them to the utube site. I need some instructions in each new thread on just this child forum to let them know to click the "play button only".
