and then put the code in the box that says
"Google Adsense Code

There's no reason an animated GIF wouldn't work. vB.Sponsors isn't sensitive to the image type. Is nothing displaying at all? Give me some more details.

You can't use that code as is. However, you can try doing this:

Enable Sponsor: YES

Sponsor Name: Whatever you want

At this time, there isn't a way to use "custom" ad code. That may appear in the future.

Yeah that would work for me, I run an automotive forum so all my sponsors are registered users anyway to post deals and what not.

Ok, downloaded the latest, re-uploaded all the files and now when I click on "View Statistics" I get this below..check the screen shot.

You can't use that code as is. However, you can try doing this:

That's really strange. I'll look into this one some more. I haven't seen any other issues when moving from 3.6.7 to 3.6.8.

I didn't do anything special. I just used the popup code you provided earlier and placed that in the Google AdSense section. Leave all the other fields blank.

This is a per forum/category sponsorship. At the present time, you can't rotate banners (you can use animated GIFs though).

You shouldn't see that HTML at all with Google AdSense in place. That means something is not right.

Check & double check all your templates.

If everything is ok there, check your vB.Sponsors settings (vBulletin Options -> vB.Sponsors Settings). See the screenshot.

If everything is ok there, check your forum settings (Forum Manager) for vB.Sponsors. See the screenshot.

And lastly, if none of the above works, uninstall vB.Sponsors and reinstall it.

I would like to have my banners display on all pages when someone visits a category, not just the index page.

At teh moment when you click on a catergory and see teh list of topic you see the ad. But when you click on a thread you no longer see the ad. I would like the add to display on every
thread page.

A question. The "Sponsored by" text shows up fine on my main forum page, however if I go into a sub-forum (say hunting->Deer hunting) the text just says "Forum sponsored by:" and no link. I'm using text links instead of banners. On the main page it shows up fine. On the "Deer hunting" sub forum the link is there but the anchor text if blank. Any idea how to fix that?

If i disable de product i can again edit the categories.

The developer of this mod is working on it. I too am dependent on this for the upgrade, and will not make the move until this is ready, as paid sponsors expect to get what they paid for.

Personally, I am waiting until all of the mods I use are either ready, or I have altered them to be ready until the 3.7 jump.

This is the last one, and I am sure Deviation will get to it shortly.

I really need a new version for VBulletin 3.7.0 or 3.7.1.
I am ready to pay 50$ for modifying the previous version, if you promise to send the script to my e-mail immediately after I do the money transfer.

Upgraded to 3.7.1 this evening, and ALL IS GOOD. Mod is working perfectly after the upgrade.

Yep. There's not much to change to get it to install on 3.7.x. Just that value in the XML file. I have it installed my forums as well.

I made a change to my templates so that it shows for the forum as well as each thread in the forum. IF this is what you mean, see my previous post.

It has increased my ad revenue substantially as the ads are now being displayed many more times than before.

I would like to have it not display if a member is a certain level.

Just need a bit of code, I assume, to insert so that if member level = "premium" then it will not display the ad. Don't need it as a full mode, just the code and I can hack it :)

Its possible I'm sure. However, I haven't implemented it yet.

I hope to actually have some time to continue the development soon. That feature, among others, has been requested a few times.

Also, in another thread where barne77 has worked on your code I have been asking about placing the banners above the New Thread / Reply buttons in the individual threads.

I was able to do it with your 3.8 code like this example (http://www.inspectionnews.net/home_inspection/building-envelope-home-inspection-commercial-inspection/29732-foundation-crack.html)but I could not get barne77 code to do the same thing. This location(s) is SO important to the sponsors. I also have it above the "Submit" button on the post/reply page. Any help with that when you roll out your new version would be greatly appreciated.

I am also willing to pay to get this released and with the banners in the locations mentioned above. Contact me if this would make a difference and speed up the project.

Unfortunately the vb4 options are limited in terms of ad locations and don't provide the option of a smaller banner opposite a forum on the home page.
